SolidityIQ – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by SolidityIQ, including the JuanIQ AI client, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Subscription and Billing
Your use of JuanIQ requires a paid subscription, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. Your first month is refundable if you request a refund within 30 days. Subsequent charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Risk Disclosure
Forex trading involves substantial risk. By using JuanIQ, you acknowledge that you understand the risks and that past performance does not guarantee future results. SolidityIQ does not provide investment advice and is not a licensed broker or advisor.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the JuanIQ platform. Access is limited to one user per subscription.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity under your account.
6. Termination
SolidityIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services at any time for violation of these terms.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
