At SolidityIQ, we stand behind the performance of our AI trading client, JuanIQ. We’re confident you’ll find value in our service — but if you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your first month of service is 100% refundable if:
- You contact us within 30 calendar days from your subscription start date.
- You let us know you’re dissatisfied with the performance of JuanIQ during that time.
No complicated forms. No fine print. Just email us at support@solidityiq.com or use the Contact Us form, and we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Ongoing Monthly Billing
- Your subscription is billed on a monthly basis.
- After your first 30 days, all subsequent payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel before your billing date.
What’s Not Covered
- Refunds requested after the first 30 days.
- Partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
- Refunds due to trading losses or market volatility (as Forex trading involves inherent risk).
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Use.
